Bookings, cancellations & deposits

Appointments can be managed using your booking reference. We ask that you give reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Where a deposit applies, the terms will be made clear at the time of booking.

Orders & shipping

Product prices are shown in AUD and include applicable taxes where indicated. Title and risk pass on delivery. If something isn't right with your order, please contact us promptly.
